Matt Ozigbo is a people management and business strategy consultant with a flair for organizational and leadership effectiveness. His penchant for growth and productivity has led him to deliver high-value strategic business results across various sectors like Telecoms, Banking, Management Consulting, and Oil & Gas.

He has been conferred with the Doctorate of Transformational Leadership, Social Change, and Community Development (Honoris Causa) by the International Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD), United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

He is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), HR Business Professional, and SHRM-CP recipient from globally recognized HR bodies in Nigeria and the United States of America.

He is the founding Partner at Promatrix Solutions; a management consulting firm created to strategically partner with organizations to re-engineer their businesses for growth and professionals for productivity.

Matt is a perpetual student of organizational behavior, human performance, and cultural evolution. He delights in any opportunity to pay it forward and share stories so others may learn and grow from his experiences.
